Principal, Grades 6-8

 

I am excited to be the Principal for West Middle School.  I have taught in several school districts in my educational career such as Northwest, Humble, Corsicana and West Independent School Districts.  I have taught Career and Technology Education (CTE), Special Education, Physical Education, Health, and Project Lead the Way.  I have also coached track, cross country, basketball and football during my time in these districts. 

 

My hope for this year includes using my vast knowledge from my teaching experiences along with the experience of our WMS faculty and staff members to develop a positive campus culture and middle school experience for all stakeholders. I understand the importance of serving others, building positive relationships with middle school students, supporting middle school teachers and staff, communicating, and working together with the middle school parents.
